Flooded Basement
I want to send a big thank you to Jesse, Jonny and James for all the help they provided after my basement flooded. This was my first experience with a flooded basement and they made the process very easy for me. They fit me into their schedule quickly, worked with my insurance and did a great job explaining to me what all needed to be repaired/replaced. New Roof and Downspouts
Rees took care of my roof replacement after a hail storm. There was a delay in getting the downspouts installed (supply issues-- not uncommon in this day and age!), and an adjustment had to be made to them after installation, but the work was ultimately done in fine fashion. Cody was always polite and helped resolve issues along the way. At my request, he came to the house after my entire job was done to explore a leak that had developed in my attic. He determined the cause of it, took a video to show me, and gave me advice on what to tell my plumber (the leak had nothing to do with the roof work that Rees had done!!). While I would have preferred less delay time in the overall completion of the job, I appreciate that the work was done satisfactorily and that Cody was so approachable throughout the process.

Work looks fantastic and Ryan kept in contact with me through the whole process. Even coming out to monitor the work being done through out the process. Over all very satisfied and would reccomend.
Roofing

Great Experience
After spending the holidays out of town, we returned to a frozen and busted water pipe which resulted in several inches of water in our house. Jesse came out on the afternoon of New Year's Eve to help set us up with equipment to begin the drying process. He was extremely helpful in walking us through our next steps. I would definitely recommend Rees Restoration!
Quick Response
Weekend of Christmas we had a pipe burst and water running everywhere and ruined all of upstairs and came through our light fixtures down into the kitchen and bathroom ruining all the floors and ceiling, was recommended Rees Restoration by some neighbors and when I contacted them Jesse immediately responded and explained the process thoroughly to us. He was able to get dryers into the house the very next morning, we felt bad since it was the holiday but he still managed to get us taken care of. They will be finishing out the rest of the restoration to our house and I can’t wait for it to be all done and have our house back! I highly recommend this company and Jesse is great to work with.
My Christmas angel!!
On Christmas Eve a water pipe busted in the shower in my basement and flooded it. I called around and no one could help until I called Rees Restoration. Jesse came out and spent his Christmas Eve setting up fans and equipment! I hope not to need them in the future but if I do I won’t hesitate to call them again!!

Everything regarding our roof and gutter replacement went very well! Cody did a great job keeping me up to date on our project from beginning to end. He was always available to answer questions and replied to messages in a timely manner. Cody made the entire project very smooth.
