In July 2022 I had hail damage to my roof and gutters. I contacted Rees Restoration Indy. Within 24 hours, Eric Voss called me on the phone. The next day, Eric contacted me in the morning and said he could be here within an hour. When he arrived, I let him know that my wife was in hospice care and inside the house. Upon hearing that, he told me to take and go inside and take care of my wife and he will do the rest. Eric contacted the insurance company for me, and I heard from no one until the job is complete. He knew caring for my wife was very personal to me and he did not want to disturb that process. I’ve never had someone care so deeply about a customer, he is kind, and I will never be able to thank him enough for allowing me to do absolutely nothing to help him. To all of the teams that worked on our home, our gratitude to all of you guys beyond words that I can even say. For the last 20 years, seven times a year I was up on the roof cleaning out the gutters. I no longer have to do that, as Eric made sure that I had the best gutter guards that he could provide.
