Prompt water remediation
Rick Rupert and his crew of Jessee and Luke got to our home within 2 hours of our evening call. A damaged outdoor faucet had leaked substantial water into 3 of our downstairs rooms. They quickly got the standing water off our new floor and carpet. They set up 3 dehumidifiers and 10 giant fans. Their quick reaction saved us from major damage to our home. Friendly, very communicative and professional team.

Excellent service and communicstion
Jim Clements was my field estimator who coordinated the scheduling and communication to replace my roof due to hail damage! He helped me in working with my insurance company to receive the final check that was stalled at the insurance company! Recommended Jim and Rees to two neighbors who used Rees to replace their roofs! Will continue to recommend if any other neighbors are looking to replace their roofs! Great job!

Great service from start to finish
Very impressed with Pete's customer service and the overal quality of the work that we contracted REES RESTORATION to perform (replace roof and gutters with insurance claim, repair and repaint wood trim). He made it easy from the start of the roof inspection and through the insurance adjustment process. It was nice that he coordinated to be onsite at the same time as the insurance adjustor. He provided schedule updates on the work each week. There were a few minor hiccups with the paint crew but he sprung into action to make it right. Overall, highly satisified!

After a major storm my roof was leaking. Rees wasn’t my first call but they will be moving forward. From the first call, Ray came to my home carefully assessed the damage to my home. Then, took the time to help in understanding the confusing insurance procedures. From there he pretty much handled everything that one could expect a contractor to handle all while answering the thousands of questions I had. Keeping me and my wife involved every step of the way. Ray treated my home and family as if they were his own. Rees has a real gem in Ray and if they have more like him they should be in business for a long time.
