Insurance Nightmare
Jim Clements was on site supporting our interest when our insurance adjuster made his initial inspection. Then when the insurance company gave us an unreasonably small settlement and push back for hail damage on our roof, Jim pushed forward and advocated on our behalf. Jim was vigilant in following up with our insurance company with their many requests that eventually ended with us receiving a satisfactory insurance settlement after several months. After this, the contractors that Jim scheduled for the roof and gutter replacement arrived. My wife and I were impressed by their hard work and we greatly appreciate the finished product. Great job from start to finish. Terrific workmanship. Were present with me from first call to my insurance company through to the adjuster visit to help with any questions. Identified hail damage areas on roof and they made sure they were present when insurance adjuster came to home to ensure he noted all damage. Kept costs within the amount of the insurance estimate. Finished work in a timely and conscientious manner.
