Jim was able to get my adjuster to change his mind from half a roof into full metal roof replacement on my house and garage. He also was able to get my siding on my whole house approved. My house looks amazing. Jim did a thorough job on getting everything approved for me which made me feel at ease. He went above and beyond in order to get everything approved for me. I have informed all of my family and friends and I will definitely be calling Jim in the future.

Pete worked diligently with our insurance company for over 6 months on our hail/storm damaged roof. Our claim went from the insurance company saying "no damage" to a full roof replacement! Pete stayed in constant communication with me throughout the entire process. The day of install went very smoothly and I was surprised at how well the crew cleaned up afterwards! Was surprised that it was only 1 gentleman who was sent to do the gutter replacement for our insurance claim. He was great. He said he can do a home in one day on his own up to 70 foot. Our back was a little longer and he said,there would be someone coming to help him when he reached the back. He went the extra mile and created fold up spouts for ease of mowing and advised we needed 2 additional spouts in the front to make the drainage more effective and easier on whole gutter system for inclement weather. We are so pleased with the results!
Excellent Roofing Replacement
Chris was so helpful with the insurance claim process. The job was completed on a Saturday after a scheduled Friday was impossible due to weather. I didn't expect them to one on the weekend but Chris didn't want us to wait any longer. The workers were awesome! We are very happy with our roof!
