Love the new look!!
I was referred to Chris and Rees from my boss who had used him in the past to get a claim overturned. Long story short we had an adjuster come out from our insurance company by himself and he denied the claim so Chris came out and took photos and wrote an estimate so that we could get a second inspection or a re-inspection and we got just that. Chris met with our adjuster and got everything overturned for us. Chris was able to take our estimate and get all our work done including new gutter guards for the insurance proceeds alone. The only cost was our deductible. We couldn’t be happier with our new roof and gutters/downspouts. The entire process was smooth as soon as we called Chris.

Easy to work with and very Helpful
Jim was very easy ro work with in getting our roof and gutters approved. He was always available to answer any questions that we had about replacing our roof. I would highly recommend Jim and we have referred him to our family and friends. He is an excellent employee a d did a great job keeping us informed of the next steps in the process on our claim. Jim Clements (Senior Field Estimator) did a dynamic job in handling our insurance claim for hail damage to our roof. His high level of professionalism, expertise and experience were vital in working with the insurance company to get the claim approved, something competitors could not accomplish. Replace hidden gutters
Greg Rees was great to work with. He kept me up to date on the progress of the job and provided pictures of the finish work performed. The work was completed in two days (sooner than expected). I have used Rees Restoration on a few projects and they have always been professional, fair, and gave me excellent service.
A difficult process made easy!
I am a single mother that usually has to take care of everything on my own when it comes to my home but Chris was referred to me by my neighbor George who’s home I told him looked brand new after Chris and Rees were done. Chris came to my home inspected my property and then proceeded to sit down with me in my living room and file the claim same day. He met with my adjuster and provided him with everything he needed so that I could get everything I needed for my home. The adjuster and Chris worked together to get my estimate and then the work was done without any issues at all. There was some wood rot that was torn away by removing old caulking and Chris had Raul come out and meet him and they had it fixed the very next day. I will refer him to who I can considering our entire neighborhood has beautiful new roofs all done by Chris and Rees Restoration. I couldn’t be happier at how great my home looks and how easy Chris made the process.
