After a tornado came through my backyard and destroyed multiple farm barns and my home, I did not know what to do. I had another contractor that was wishy-washy and I told my friend. That same friend gave me Brandon Bell's name and phone number as she used him for her project several years ago and I immediately called him. He was out within two days to assess the damages. He went over the insurance paperwork with me on site. He also found a lot more damage that was not on their paperwork. He was always able to answer when I had questions and helped my mom and I get everything back in order in a timely manner. I am so glad I got the referral from a friend because I would still be stuck without the help from him and his team. My barns and house is put back better than it all was originally installed. I will forever hold onto his information in case another storm happens. This young man is a blessing and a great asset to the company. Great Service
My overall experience with Rees Restoration was great. We had the pleasure of dealing with Brandon who was referred to us by our adjuster when I told him I did not have a contractor. When I contacted Brandon, he was out the next day to fill me in with the details. It took less than two weeks for our house to get a new roof, gutters, and siding. I could not be more pleased with the execution and customer service we were given. I have Brandon's card on my fridge for future. I have already contacted him again about our rentals we have. A Team
My experience with Rees Restoration and Brandon Bell were upon outstanding. I was referred to Brandon from my insurance agent when I told them I was having issues with other contractors. When Brandon came out, I knew I had the right person for the job. He filled us in with everything and even found damages to our house and detached garage that the other contractors never mentioned. Brandon made suggestions on colors that we never considered and we are happy with the decisions that he recommended. The job was done quickly and efficiently. The crews cleaned up each day and we did not find one nail (even in our gravel driveway). We have had neighbors compliment on how quickly this all got done as they are still battling with one of the same contractors that came to our home from the start. I can't thank you all at Rees enough for the hard work and dedication you put into getting our house back in order. Awesome Job
I had the luxury of dealing with Brandon and Rees after my home had been hit with hail damage. I was referred to him by my agent and I’m so glad I had the opportunity dealing with him and this company. Excellent communication from start to finish. Brandon was always able to answer any questions my wife or I had. He even helped navigate the process as we were lost on what to do. Greatly appreciate the hard work and dedication the crews and him put into our home as if it was theirs. Not many people or companies like this today! Amazing customer service and work
I had a hail damage claim for our roof, siding, and gutters. Jim Clements from Rees Restoration helped us through the entire process. He was knowledgable and friendly. He pointed out the little things to improve the look of my roof and house that I didn't even know to ask. He meet with his crews before they started to make sure all work was done correctly and then after each phase was completed. He was available to answer all of my "wifes" questions via text. Overall we are extremely excited about the restoration and would recommend calling Rees restoration for any services they offer. Ask for Jim when you call.
