New roof, gutters/downspouts, and window wraps
Chris was absolutely fantastic! Came in and completed all inspections. Worked to get material delivered early. Had his people here as scheduled for the roof the first day gutters and downspouts the next and window wraps followed. Chris worked with the insurance company to make sure roof and gutters were also replaced on our detached barn. Was always in communication with me during the process To answer any and all questions or concerns I had. Even after completion, he stopped in multiple times to check on my home and make sure I was still satisfied with the results. We couldn’t be happier with the efforts Chris and his team displayed for us.
Great Communication, Coordination and Service
Jim was very responsive to our initial inquiry, and he followed up with a coordinate plan to repair our roof. The plan included a visit by our insurance adjuster which Jim scheduled and attended in our behalf. He successfully put a plan in place to replace our damaged roof with full insurance coverage. His next steps were to schedule/complete the work and provide a timely bill for insurance processing. His efforts along the was were impeccable, and we couldn’t be more pleased.
Roof and Gutters
Jim Clements came yoniur home to do an insurance estimate on our roof, gutters and downspouts. After his inspection he met with our insurance adjuster and did the follow-up necessary to get our claim approved and in process. He maintained contact with the adjuster through the project completion and settlement. this efforts made our project virtually seamless for us.

Excellent Customer Service
Jim was referred to me by my neighbor. He came out to inspect my house for possible hail damage the same day that I contacted him. He was very professional and really detail oriented on what he found that was damaged. He was able to get my roof, siding, and gutters all approved through my insurance company. I am extremely happy with Jim and how he was aways available to answer any questions that I had. I have referred other clients to him and he has done a great job with their jobs as well.
