Chris Clark came to the house suggested we call our insurance company. They sent an adjuster out to check the house out with Chris and informed us they had worked with Rees Restoration before and they were very reputable. Chris gave us a great quote worked with us to add things to the job. He and his crew did an amazing job with everything we asked for. We will definitely recommend Chris and Rees Restoration to anyone who needs work done to their home. Thanks for a Great job! The house looks new again.
Roofing/Siding/Gutters
Finding Rees Restoration and Brandon Bell was a miracle. We had been told by insurance and multiple roofing companies that we were going to pay out of pocket for extensive wind and hail damage to our home. Brandon was able to work with our insurance to get them to pay for a claim that was nearly 10x the amount of what we were originally offered. Instead of paying thousands out of pocket for a roof replacement, we were able to get a new roof, siding, AND gutters on our home and detached garage with ZERO out-of-pocket payment. We would highly recommend Rees Restoration to anyone and are extremely happy with how everything turned out.
Storm damage taken care of.
Cody and his team did a great job and getting our house(roof, gutters and siding) taken care of. These guys did a great job of cleaning up and putting things where they found it. Cody stayed on top of every step of the process and made it easy for us. We highly recommend them.
Spectacular Work
We called Rees Restoration and immediately was called back by Chris Clark. Without any hesitation Chris told us that he would drive to our home which was a hour and thirty minutes from their office. We had numerous other contractors tell us it was too far or string us along. Chris came out the very next day and we immediately knew we were in good hands. He inspected the damage that we had as well as the estimate that insurance provided for us. Chris knew immediately that we didn’t get what we needed to bring our home back to pre loss condition so he was able to supplement everything with our insurance company and then knocked out the work that was needed to be done. The crews were great and cleaned up after. I would recommend Rees and especially Chris to any of my friends or family. Great company with great employees that care about the homeowner. Thank you Chris and Rees for all that you did for us.
Massive Water Repair
We had 4 rooms needing repaired from a water leak. They came out and worked with my insurance company on the repairs. Everything is looking great! The painting, flooring, plumbing, etc. is all wonderful.
Happy with work.
We had a tree come thru roof. First company I called said they only did rooves. I also needed gutter & ceilings fixed. Second company said I did not need a new roof. Brad Rose immediately called me back when I inquired. He took charge, made appointments with insurance adjuster and kept me informed in a timely manner. The appointment with the adjuster kept getting postphoned due to the weather. Brad called & kept me informed. He patiently waited on my bank holding the insurance check for two weeks then quickly set up a time for the roof to be replaced due to hole & hail. He brought the workers inside to show them what needed done then checked with me after to see that the job was done to my satisfaction. The workers ask that I check their work & they cleaned up. I was impressed. As my husband had recently died & I just wasn't on top of the world, it was great that Brad took over to see that I was taken care of. I highly recommend the company and Brad Rose. We noticed this company doing 2 of our neighbors roofs, and that they did a great job. We contacted Jim to have him come out and evaluate the condition of the roof.. Replacement needed. We set up an appt with our insurance adj., and Jim made sure he was there to answer any questions, which led up to being approved on the spot. Jim was very professional and helpful through this project and made sure everything around the house was protected. Even came back to do a final inspection for cleanup once roof was completed. Definitely a personable and professional guy.
Storm damage
We discovered potential storm damage and contacted Rees for an inspection. Cody came quickly and discovered it was more extensive than we initially figured and recommended we contact insurance. When the adjuster showed up a few days later, Cody got on the roof with him making sure everything was sited and nothing was missed. We were awarded a whole new roof, gutters and even replacement window screens from hail damage. Cody stayed in contact with us from start to finish and we appreciate the hard and quick work of the Rees team.
Highly Recommend
Rick was a lifesaver. I came home from work to a leaking pipe, wet ceiling and carpet. After a few failed phones calls, I got a hold of him late in the leaving and he was out at my house within 15 minutes. He was able to trace the leak and have it repaired within a few hours. Highly recomment Rick!
