New Roof/Gutters for new owners
We sold our house, only to have water damage from snow/ice 3 wks before closing. We had Brandon out to check things over and found that we also had hail damage to gutters and shingles. This sent our anxiety through the roof. Brandon assured us that he could get it taken care of before, or shortly after closing. He met with the insurance adjuster and was an advocate for us. Not only did we get a new roof and gutters for the new homeowners, but they got it done three days before closing! A massive weight off our shoulders. Brandon took care of everything dealing with the adjuster, paperwork, and insurance company communication. This allowed us to focus on preparing for our move. Brandon and the Rees team made what could have been a catastrophic, deal breaking event, into a minor inconvenience. We can't thank you enough for all of the work and allowing us to maintain our sanity.

Brad did a fantastic job of communicating and ensuring the job was done correctly. Brad did a great job of presenting the process and explaining it thoroughly. The workers were very polite and even played with my dogs! I would highly recommend Brad and Rees Restorarion!
