Excellent Service
We were selling our house and during the inspection they said the roof needed replaced. Rees Restoration were out quickly to let us know we had hail damage. Jonny came out and meet our insurance claims person at the house. He showed him all the damage and helped convince insurance to pay for a new roof. The roof, gutters, and downspouts were done quickly. Thankful to have Jonny walk us through the process. Would highly recommend Rees Restoration!
Excellent Service
Pete Oakes was excellent to work with! He was very knowledgeable and attentive from the beginning to the end of our project with insurance, replacement of roof/gutters, storm damage, etc.. Pete brought us options and suggestions for the project that are excellent aesthetic choices for our 100 yr old home, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Working with Rees Restoration took away a lot of the stress of managing a large project (from coordinating reliable/ professional contractors to guaranteeing the work performed). Above & Beyond
Jesse went above and beyond when my cabinet order wasn’t delivered in full. He spent hours with the vendor, in the store and on the phone with corporate. He didn’t stop until we got the best resolution for the issue!
Roofing in times of crisis
Due to hail & wind damage & because the roof was over 25 years old I was sure we needed a new roof. My son-in- law suggested I call Rees Restoration. Pete Oakes came out immediately & agreed that we needed a new roof. At this time my husband had been diagnosed with colon cancer. I was going back. & forth to the hospital & eventually to rehab. Pete was so patient and kind throughout this process even after my husband died. I am spreading the word to call Rees if they need any restoration work completed.

Rees Restoration and Pete Oakes
Immediately following a severe storm I reached out to Pete and asked him to check our roof and guttering system for damage. He was prompt to my request and was out to our house on the same day. His immediate attention was extremely thoughtful and professional, as if we were family. His support in navigating the communication and interaction with our insurance company was flawless. Once repairs were agreed upon with insurance, Pete scheduled the job to occur immediately. The slowest part was waiting on insurance, as Pete and the Rees Team were ready to go. We met on multiple occasions leading up to the job in order to answer any of our questions and to show us images of what the house would look like with different color shingles, guttering, and downspouts. His construction teams were professional, timely, and sensitive to the protection of our home during the job, and with the cleanup during and after. Our “new” roof and guttering system looks amazing. We are thankful for Pete and the Rees Restoration Team for supporting our family during this time, and for the high level of accessibility and support that occurred throughout the process.

Brandon was very involved in the entire process. His assistance during the inspection and the insurance inspection was tremendous. Brandon made sure we received coverage for all our damage. We sincerely appreciate his attentiveness to all the details.
Review of our new roof
Pete Oakes was our salesperson, and he is very personable and good at his job. He explained everything that we needed. He worked very well with our insurance adjuster. He has the patience of Job as my bank was very slow in getting two checks to Rees Restoration. It was several days maybe close to a month, after the job was complete before the final check came in from our bank. When the job was done the workers cleaned up very well and it was like new. We would definitely use Rees Restoration again .
