After many rounds back and forth with the insurance company, Chris made it happen! He knew there was storm damage and made sure the insurance company did their job. He got my claim approved! After the approval, he made the entire process was a breeze. Contractors were on time, very professional, and cleaned up after themselves daily. I would highly recommend to anyone needing work done on their home.
Above and Beyond
I was at my wife's side at St Francis Hospital during what turned out to be a fatal illness when I got the call that my neighbors tree had fallen on my house. It was a huge mess. It punctured the roof in several places. The next day it started to rain and it came pouring in. I wasn't able to leave the hospital to stay off the water damage. That evening Johnny and his father were up on the roof in the rain securing a tarp. They didn't have any help and the pitch of the roof is dangerous in those conditions. They did a great job working with my insurance company as neighbors denied responsibility. Thankfully they took down the rest of the huge tree. Coordinating the work was not very easy because the following week we had to make the decision to put my wife in hospice. She came home and died 6 days later. Johnny was wonderful handling my emotional state and helped me out tremendously. The next two years were a blur. I realized I never had the opportunity to leave a review. They did a phenomenal job working with my insurance to get an entire new roof and gutters. They did a flawless job on the front room with the water damage. This was to be the room my wife spent her last few days. There is one small place where the roof has a tiny leak. I've just been to lost and busy to worry about it. I suffered a massive heart attack in May so it has not been a priority. I know they would have been here if I would have called. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend . Johnny was a life saver.
