Burden lifted
We are just a few weeks out from the house fire at our rental where our kids and grandkids live. Jesse showed up to assess the night of the fire. He has taken so much of what we thought would be our burden and kept us from having to deal with so much extra. He has been available everytime I call or text and answers my questions....probably even more than he should. He has been great to work with and we appreciate having him as our point if contact!

We had an exceptional experience working with Eric Voss. We were, fortunately, one of luckier families with the tornado that hit Greenwood this past summer. James was amazing. From the beginning all the way through completion of the work that was finished. He even followed up with me after. James was constantly communicating either text, call, or email. James is an amazing representative for this company and they are lucky to have him on their team. Fantastic personality, customer support, and overall great person. Ray recommended we get our roof checked as we knew him and he knew our area was affected. He was terrific from the initial assessment throughout the project. Ray was patient when I took a while to choose colors. Communicated every step of the way. Responsive immediately when I pointed out the skylights needed trim. Great service and communication!
Rees Restoration was amazing to work with! Brayden stopped by our home to see the tree damage to our shed's roof and siding. He thoroughly explained the timeline of the project and walked me through what shingles and siding he suggested we order. He kept in touch through the entire project and made sure we knew exactly what was happening and when. The final product is great and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Anyone looking for a restoration company should give Rees a look!

The roof / gutters experience with smooth thanks to Brad. He is very responsive via email or text and was quick to find answers. It was great with explaining the process and organizing the contractors to come out to the house.
Storm damage repairs
Rees was very responsive to our situation caused by the tornadic weather March 31, 2023. Repairs were completed as quickly as reasonable and any issues along the way were addressed immediately. We will definitely keep Rees Renovation in mind for our home repairs and/or renovations in the future.
