Life Made Simple
Dealing with insurance companies is almost always a nightmare. When I got Rees' contact information from a personal recommendation I didn't realize then how much they would take charge of interacting with the insurance company. Eric explained the process clearly and when the adjustor came and agreed that there was damage but they would only replace less than half the roof, Eric went above and beyond and appealed the decision on my behalf. A few weeks later he told me my insurance company had decided that they will replace the whole roof after all. Without Eric and Rees I would have been out several thousands of dollars out of pocket. Communication with Eric was mainly through text and he would call or come over when it was convenient for me and was extremely nice and patient all the way. Once we decided on the shingles, the roof was replaced within 10 days at a minimal out of pocket cost. After the process was almost over I actually read the Reviews for Rees and they are all consistent with how patient and good these guys - if I had read the reviews before working with them I would have thought they were too good to be true - but after being the recipient of their service, I am excited to highly recommend Eric and Rees to anyone who even mentions roof to me. A+ all the way for Eric. Oh, and the crew that installed the roof cleaned up very nicely, no evidence that they were even there except for the brand new roof, with a lifetime warranty to boot!!! I
Wind and hail damage
We couldn’t have been more pleased with the work done to replace our roof and gutters as a result of wind and hail damage done this past early and late spring. Jim was across the street helping our neighbor, and we asked him to assess our roof, since we had found shingles in our flower bed. we were getting ready to leave out of the country. Jim said that we could handle all the details over the phone. From start to finish, Jim was very professional and had the job done before we got back home. It was a delight. I recommend Rees Restoration for anyone’s roofing and gutter needs.
Hail Damage
Brandon Bell went above and beyond from start to finish. He even helped me through the 5 month run around my insurance company made me go through. Brandon still got the job done before year end. Highly recommend Brandon and Rees!
A very outstanding experience
Our roof needed replaced after storm damage. We decided to call Rees after another company was being very pushy and making us feel uncertain about the process. It was a complete flip with Rees! We felt very comfortable right from the start. Ryan came out and explained things very well. He was with us from start to finish making sure things were handled. He even didn't mind coming out extra when my husband changed his mind for the color of the roof and we needed to select another. They were very patient with us. I have some issues with my memory and understanding things at times and Ryan never judged me or made me feel bad like so many companies have in the past. The work was done quickly and thouroughly. They made sure all the old materials were removed so not to hurt our animals. I can't recommend them enough for the way they treated us and our property. I'll definitely be calling Rees with any home needs I have in the future. Thank you Rees team for treating us so well!

Great Experience
Ryan Clark came out and walked our property with our insurance claims adjuster. He then came back out a few days later to help us pick out colors for our roof and siding. Ryan was a great help along the way dealing with our insurance nightmare. The Rees roofing crews were very respectful of our property and the job was done on time.
