Prompt, friendly, and efficient
Our home had hail damage from a storm in July 2023. Brad was in our neighborhood inspecting other properties that had similar damage. Less than 24 hours after talking with my wife he came out and inspected the roof and submitted a claim through insurance. Brad was entirely professional and friendly throughout the entire process. He did a great job for us, and we are thankful for all Rees was able to accomplish.

Roof and gutter repair after storm damage
After tree caused damage to my house I ask my I surance agent if he had somebody to recommend to fix the house. He introduced me to Jim. Jim came out assessed the damage and help me with my ins adjuster. Before I knew it the insurance approved the work and Jim had the damage tree removed and area cleaned up. The restoration crews replaced both my roof and gutters with speed that was remarkable. My cost was only the deductible with no surprises. I would highly recommend this company for any restoration you need.

From the start to finish, Brandon was amazing to work with. He was always prompt to reply and/or answer any questions I had. He always communicated with me through the whole process of getting the new roof, gutters and fixing our chimney. Hail damage to roof
We contacted Jim Clements when we realized we had hail damage, because our neighbors were already starting to get work done. Jim worked with the insurance inspector to make sure the assessment was correct, found items that needed improvement, and got the crew onsite as soon as everything was approved.
