Jesse McConnell’s expertise has been exemplary during my unfortunate house fire experience. He has been a wealth of knowledge; displaying TIMELY hands on experience, offering advice and support in the restoration process (i.e., pack-out of household goods, demolition of interior house, contractor and issuance issues, etc.). Although I have a long way to go to be made whole again, Jesse follow-ups with me on a regular basis, demonstrates patience when explaining processes in layman terms so I can better understand the big picture, and assures me that he will continue to be available to guide me through this process from cradle to grave. I rate his professionalism, time management, competence and vested interest a five out of five. I highly recommend him to other homeowners who may require Rees Restoration services.

Roofing and gutters
Received great work from Rees. The crews were professional and cleaned up everything quite well. Brandon was a joy to work with. He answered all my questions. He was extremely nice and pleasant to work with each time I saw him. I would definitely recommend Rees to anyone as well as employe them again on any type of project. Great job.
Exceptional Insurance Support
Jesse came on site during the surveyor visit and caught quite a few things they would have otherwise missed. I appreciate how available he was during this process and how quickly the restoration began. All the soot was removed from walls, ceilings, and vents within days of me first contacting Rees.
New roof
James came out a few times to inspect for us, and helped us through the insurance process. Then Pete guided us through the whole process once we determined we needed a new roof. He was an effective communicator and was able to answer all of our questions/concerns. The roofing crew was super fast, and we had a new roof a day and a half after they started.
Storm Damage Repair
Brad was our contact for a storm damage claim. The claim included both roof and gutter replacements. He was professional and knowledgeable. The full scope of work, with exceptions and options, was discussed before the project started. Workers were competent, efficient, and thorough. The site was cleaned appropriately at the end of each day. In summary, a good experience!
