Personable and Professional
A neighbor referred your company. I gave them a call. Brandon and I talked and he worked around my schedule. He came out to the house. He was on time. He was pleasant, straightforward, and honest, and he laid out the entire process. The workers were also on time, were courteous and efficient. Brandon checked in with me from time to time to see if I had any questions, and when I did he answered them. He was impressive. You can't ask for more than that.
A little wind, hail and fun...
Last January we had some heavy winds and we had a section of siding destroyed. Ryan came out and gave me an estimate. His personality and having family in the fire service (I'm a retired ff) helped. He went to battle for us and when the adjuster said we were getting white siding and had to paint it, Ryan told me that would not happen. He also found hail damage, but my Ins. CO would not combine the claims. We just closed today on the final check because of the Ins Co not Rees. All in all our house is amazing. Ryan made sure our concerns were addressed and anything we were unhappy with he sent guys to fix it. Thank you for the quality work.

My second house with a roof replacement by Rees Restoration. In each case every aspect of my picky, discriminating personality was satisfied. They say what they’ll do and they do what they say. Returning phone calls and general communication, time management, organization, quality workmanship, attention to detail, respect for my property, listening to my concerns and addressing them to my satisfaction, clean up after the job, handling all the insurance aspects of my job… I couldn’t give one negative comment or complaint regarding the total experience if was forced. You would be hard pressed to find the fine quality of service and workmanship from any industry as you would from Rees Restoration.
