A business is only as good as the employees that work for them. Pete O. did an excellent job of explaining the process and actually doing what he said. That does not always happens in todays world. He was friendly, courteous, timely and great at keeping me updated and following up until everything, including the insurance, was completed. The roofing crew always did an excellent job as well, arriving, installing and cleaning up as scheduled. So the answer is yes, I would recommend Rees Roofing.

Overall a good experience. Rees responded right away and came to do an evaluation the same day I requested. Only took a star off because the contract did not have itemized costs and wasn’t very specific as to where the total numbers came from, which made us uneasy for insurance purposes. Brad was great though in helping us understand the breakdown and was always quick to respond. Brad also reached out while the roof was being installed to let us know of damaged boards and sent pictures for us to see. Happy with the way the roof looks but the financial side could be a little more clear. overall happy!

My roof was damaged from wind/tornado. James was a fantastic help with this ordeal. The gutter and shingle work was great. As a senior going through this for 1st time, James was a great help.

Our roof sustained hail damage, so I called Rees, and Brad contacted me and came out right away. He worked with the adjuster sent out by USAA and helped get our claim approved. The crew they sent to replace the roof were quick and professional, getting the job done in one day. I would not hesitate to use Rees again and will recommend them to others.
Excellent experience
Rees was a recommendation from our insurance agent and I am so glad that I had asked! We have not had to use a contractor before- so I had absolutely no one to call when a tree fell on our barn roof. Eric helped us navigate the claims process, so that was an added bonus! He was in regular contact with us, so I knew when to expect people. We got the roof fixed quickly- I had worried that this would take all summer to get resolved. The work is excellent quality- the workman shored up the existing trusses, so the roof is in a better state now than before. I would recommend Rees and Eric without hesitation.

My experience with Rees Restoration and Eric Voss was wonderful. Eric was always professional and prompt. When I contacted Eric he always answered my call or called me back within minutes. He always had the answers to my questions. They scheduled my roof replacement in a reasonable time frame and showed up on the date scheduled. The work was done on time, in one day.
