Amazing
We are first time homeowners and this was our first time getting replacement roof/gutters. Brandon Bell made everything super easy for us by explaining what Rees Restoration would do and by providing us with everything I needed to have a stress free claim with my insurance company. (Which was amazing!) He responded right away any time we had a question which we very much appreciated. The guys who actually came out to do the repair were great too. They worked from sun up to sun down and was finished within a day and half. We absolutely love the work they did and will be recommending Brandon Bell for Rees Restoration to everyone I know. Matt was professional from start to finish. He really ensured that we got the best of everything out of our claim and he checked in with us periodically throughout the whole process. Great Job
Everything was great. Eric said in the very beginning that the insurance company would pay for a new roof. We were not sure since another company had said to not even submit a claim to State Farm. Eric was here when the adjuster was here and everything went extremely well. The people installing the roof were very good and cleaned up very well when they were finished. The gutters were installed yesterday and the guys were very good. Everything looks very nice and we are very pleased. Eric stayed on top of everything and it looks very nice. We have had people tell us how nice it looks. We have a neighbor across the street that will probably be calling you. He was over almost as soon as the roofers left saying what a good job they did. Thank you so much.
New roof and a awesome job?
James helped us understand the process and did a great job getting our new roof on, they were at our house at 7am and were gone by 1pm, and they did a very professional job and we would recommend them to anyone needing restoration done! Thank you! :)
