Very Thankful
I recently had a house fire and it could not have happen at the worst time. I was just about to close on my house and the day at the signing my house had an electrical fire. My insurance company sent out numerous companies but I was not happy with any of them. They all seem to just rush through the walkthrough during their inspections and not really trying to address my questions and concerns. The buyers realtor stepped in and recommended Jesse with Rees Restoration. I called Rees and Jesse was out to my house they very next day, just with one walk through with him he put my mind at ease, he noticed a lot of damage none of the other company’s even brought up. He stay in contact with my insurance company and after sending in his estimate to my insurance company my insurance made corrections to my claim and sent out another 40k for damages. I believe if Jesse didn’t step in my house would have not been done correctly. I will definitely use Jesse and Rees Restoration will all my projects and will always recommend them to all my family and friends

Jesse has been amazing! Great customer service! Even though insurance was tough to work with, Jesse communicated every step of the way making sure all that could be done was being done. Jesse is a great resource in a very trying, confusing, and difficult process. Jesse made everything run smooth and always communicates what is happening as well as the next steps. Highly recommend!

Jesse has been super responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with - we've never experienced water damage to the extent we are currently, and he has made the process seamless and much less stressful than I imagined it would be! Beautiful new house
Johnny came to our house with our insurance adjuster. He made it easy and fun to select the roofing, siding, and gutter colors and styles. He was very helpful and informative helping make our decisions easy. We had 3 different teams come out to work on the house and all 3 did a great job with just a few issues that Greg Rees stepped in and took care of. Everyone made this huge project go very smoothly.
