Chris Clark of Rees Restoration Review
Chris was available to provide an inspection of the damage shortly after I contacted Rees Restoration. He attended the meeting with the insurance adjuster to explain damage uncovered during his inspection of the roof, gutters, and window trim. Chris communicated frequently to keep me informed regarding the timing for each project to be completed (roof, gutters, window trim). He visited my house to inspect after each project was completed and when workers were asked to return to correct an item. When talking with others who were also awaiting repairs for storm damage, it was evident that the timing of the repairs to my house were progressing much sooner than from other companies. I appreciate Chris' coordination of the different repairs and making this process less stressful for me.
Roof
Hail damage caused me to replace my roof and gutters. Scott Whitlock, Rees Manager, was wonderful to work with. He was punctual to our progress meetings, on top of what the roofing/gutter crew during installation to make sure things went smoothly. I would recommend using Rees in the future. Thanks Scott, for all the hard work you put into making my home stand out and look beautiful!!
Amazing!!!
WONDERFUL! So unlike the 'fly by night' contractors that swoop in after a storm and don't do the job the right way. James Simon and Rees Restoration provided professional great looking results. Hassle free with great quality materials and results and what an amazing job at clean up. My roof looks so much better than before. Storm damage
From start to finish it was a job well done. Cody was a pleasure to work with. He walked me through the insurance process and came out when the adjuster was at my home. He kept me informed on entire process. Thank you, Cody for keeping me informed, for answering my calls or calling me back right away if I had to leave you a message, for replying to texts on the weekends. My experience working with Rees Restoration was hands down the best!
Fantastic Work
Working with Brad and Rees Restoration made getting my roof and gutters replaced and windows upgraded a breeze. Brad communicated regularly throughout the process and the work Rees did was fantastic!
Great Experience
Our experience was great. We needed to secure a quote and get work completed quickly. Scott turned a quote around in a day and was able to get us scheduled before any competitors were able to even supply us a quote. I added a couple small items to the job and he did not increase my cost. The work was done swiftly and professionally. Scott was on site every day before and after any work was done. He stayed in close communication and was available for questions. I would recommend Rees to anyone needing a good contractor.
Hail damage
Eric was great to work with. Lots of help. If I had a problem hetook care of the problem. The crew was not so good. I called Eric he took care of the problem, for both the roof & gutter crews. I would use Rees again. Thanks
Anderson window install
Pete was great to work with and communicated every step of the way. He helped me with choosing the right windows. The removal and install of Anderson windows went quickly. The guys Jodi and Scooter were fantastic installers and great at communication on what they were doing for the removal and install.
Great Job
We had storm damage and had roof, siding, and gutters replaced. James was very helpful in going over all the options and walking us through the process with our insurance company. We really appreciate the timely completion of the job and would not hesitate to contact him again with other projects.
