Headache Free Experience!
The quality of a roof and it being properly installed is obviously important, that doesn't really need to be stated, but our roof looks great and everything checked out after the first downpour after it was installed. We had a leaky roof prior, that gave me nothing but headaches, and the new roof with the water and ice shield has provided such a sense of relief for me! The crew got here early, kept the area clean while working and cleaned up everything afterwards, all in one day. Paint touch-ups were required on our gutters from their ladders, which was to be expected, but it was all taken care of immediately and with assurance that they would come back and fix any and all issues until it was completed to my expectations, should anything else arise. All of that being said, Pete Oakes did a fantastic job from day one at keeping me informed, coming by and checking things out, answering questions and emails in a very timely manner, all while being incredibly kind and personable. I view customer service as a MAJOR factor when considering a company, and Pete has given me a sigh of relief, that, should I need any

Highly recommend contacting Pete at Rees Restoration! We needed a new roof but didn't know where to start. Our neighbors needed a new roof last year and Pete took good care of them. He did not disappoint; he took great care of us too. He made the process quick and easy. He helped me understand the necessary details to make the best decisions for our home. He was always kind, always responsive, we couldn't have asked for a better person to help us with this process than Pete. No high-pressure sales tactics, he just presented the information and answered questions very patiently without being condescending and let me make the decision. Rees may not be the cheapest option, but they are the best, they take care of their employees and it shows. Happy employees do a better job. The crew was fantastic, they were early, well organized, polite, and clean. Our roof looks great. Excellent work!
Great Experience
Eric Voss exceeded my expectation. The crew were hard workers. Came right out. Got it down in a day. I was really impressed with the. Eric got out here asap after making them initial phone call to Rees Restoration. After signing the contract the work was completed days later. We had siding done as well.
Great service and great personality.
When you are upset because you know you are about to payout a lot of money. You need that one person to come by that is just not there to collect your money and run. Jesse showed up and was very encouraging about the water damage. What I mean by that, is that he let me know what was going on and that what I had already done before he got there was good. And let me know that the service was really needed and I could not have resolved it myself. That is always good to know that you are not about to waste money. He explained everything in detail and let us know why we needed what he was going to use. He is super friendly and made us feel like friends of his and not just some person he is doing some work for. So this made it feel better over all to be able to talk to him and not feel like he is going to drain us for every cent he could get. He even made sure his equipment would not interfere with me using the Basement as it worked to resolve my issue. Also, watched the power it was pulling and moved some of the plugs up stairs so it would not cause an issue. I give a 10 out of 10 and would 100% use them
Roof replacement
I want to thank Pete Oakes for the excellent service he rendered to us throughout the entire process, from the initial assessment until the roofing job was complete. He answered every questions we had and assured that the job would be done quickly and professionally. The roofing crew worked quickly, and the job was completed in less than a day, and we are pleased with their work.

Great service and communication
Pete was great! Worked with our insurance so we didn't have to. Even got new new gutters for us. Great communication, on time and kept us informed on status of claim. Roofers were on time, hard workers and did a great job cleaning up. Would highly recommend! Thanks for everything .
Roof Replacement
We had hail damage on our roof. Jim Clements was able to help with our claims adjuster and show them areas of damage. They were willing to help when needed and come back to fix a few small issues after roof was installed. Thanks Jim!
