Since graduating with a degree in construction management from Purdue University in 1994, Phil’s career has been a rewarding part of his life. He finds joy in the process. Creating projects and relationships to stand the test of time is one of his biggest highlights. Phil says the co-workers he’s worked with over the years have been instrumental in adding wisdom and perspective to his life. He focused on operating personally and professionally with Integrity and Joy. Finding this path to excellence every day helps those around him be more successful and delivers the best results for their customers. Building teams, and exceeding expectations are Phil’s goals. Outside of work you will find Phil spending time with family. He also coaches travel basketball and enjoys giving back to the community.

I met Phil Blazek through a builder friend of mine. He made the process of replacing our roof and siding easy. We signed the contract and finalized our selections for colors and Phil handled the rest. In less than a week the entire project was scheduled and they completed the project in 3 days and cleanup was as if they were never here. I asked Phil if he owned Rees as he personally came after the crews and cleaned up. I was surprised when he said no, the care and personal touch he gave to us was as if he was the owner. I contacted Rees Restoration and within minutes was contacted by Phil Blazek who scheduled a time that day to come out and assess my issue. The project was relatively minor but it wasn't handled that way at all. Phil assessed the problem, sent a proposal promptly. I agreed to the work and within a matter of days Phil had two men at my home installing the new garage door wrap quickly and efficiently. We were referred to Phil Blazek by a colleague who had done a multitude of projects with Phil in the past. From our first meeting we understood why he came so highly reccomended. His knowledge of Hardie siding, Roofing and proper flashing techniques made us feel very confident. The project was scheduled and managed exceptionally including a couple issues that needed resolution, but Phil was right there when we needed him. Fast service, time spent answering questions
Phil Blazek was available to answer my many questions before I decided on the right company and project. I was considering both siding and roofing, and he drafted proposals for each separately as well as together. In the end, I found that I was able to complete my project (decided on roofing) at a reasonable price, and they included my shed as well. I received a great quality shingle. They completed the project within days of my decision and completed it all in one day. Phil was helpful and professional all along the way.
