A Job Well Done
Rees Restoration installed a new roof and guttering on our home in Columbus. Our compliments to Darryl Riley for making our project run smoothly from start to finish. He is most personable and very professional. He was here before the insurance adjuster came to mark all the spots damaged by hail. The insurance company agreed that there was sufficient damage to warrant new shingles and guttering. However, they were only willing to replace part of the gutters. Darryl, on our behalf, petitioned that all gutters be replaced and the insurane agreed. The Installers arrived on schedule and completed the job in less than a day. They covered everything and did a good job cleaning up the mess, you couldn't tell they had been here. The guttering Installers came the next day. They, too, got right to work and completed their task in short order. We are very pleased with the finished product. We would not hesitate to recommend Reees Restoration to our friends and family.
Damaged floor refinishing
Darryl Riley was quick to respond and coordinate a flooring contractor to refinish the floor and carpenters to replace light fixtures and paint basement ceiling to cover water stains. The flooring contractors were very nice and very hard workers. I am very pleased with the result. The project was kept on schedule so that I could host family for my son's high school graduation. I would highly recommend Rees.
Roof and Gutter Replacement
We had wind and hail damage to our roof and I called Rees. That night Darryl Riley called to see if he needed to come out immediately. We agreed gor him to come the next morning and put tarp on the locations where the shingles had blown off. He then worked with my insurance company to get the claim filed plus showed them the gutters were also damaged and got them to pay for their replacement. The whole process went smoothly and I'm very happy with the quality of the work and the experience of working with Darryl. He kept me informed of the status during the whole process and was always available by phone, even evenings and weekends. I would definitely use Rees again and will ask for Darryl if that is possible. Highly recommend!
Siding and Roofing
Had an excellent experience with Rees Restoration. They assisted me step by step dealing with insurance making sure the job was done correctly. The work they did replacing my roof and siding was excellent and would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the Indianapolis area needing work done.

Simply AWESOME!
What a completely FANTASTIC experience Rees and Pete Oakes provided us! They came highly recommended from our neighbor who had their roof replaced, and we see why so much good was said. Our roof had sections missing after a hard straight-line wind event, and right out of the gate, Pete had a crew out to cover our roof. I was imagining having to live with a tarp over our home until it could be repaired, but NO! Rees crew installed an nice black sheet-good over the sections of missing shingles that was not obnoxious at all. Pete worked very well with our insurance company's crews, and was on site with them to ensure nothing was overlooked or skimped on. Our new roof is beautiful, too. The installation crew was top-notch. They worked together like a well-oiled machine! Thank you, Pete, Rees and Crew!!!
Leaky roof vent fixed
Pete was recommended by a neighbor. He was great to engage with, communicated well, sent pics of all the areas needing work before and after repairs, and coordinated fixes/price adjustments quickly. The workers were professional, efficient, and fixed our roof vent issues. During the morning of repairs, they also replaced some damaged roof decking and a deteriorated pipe boot. They handled a few small, but concerning leaks during a rainy season in about a week, and were very easy to coordinate with. I'd recommend Pete and work with him again.
