After being ghosted by a few contractors we contacted Rees. They were out the same day to look at our roof and worked seamlessly with us and our insurance company to get us a new roof. New roof
I contacted Rees Restoration and they came out the same day. Johnny Cook did an excellent job! He informed me of what the damage from the storm had caused to my roof. I had exposed wood which would have leaked had he not put some tarp down. He worked with my insurance company getting them photos, walked on the roof with them. Everything was done quickly and efficiently! So happy that I chose a great reputable company! I highly recommend Rees Restoration and Johnny Cook!

Even though to my surprise a few weeks after my husband passing away I had to get my roof replaced on both my house and the garage because leaking from hail damage. I am blessed to say after my intial consult with Mr. Jonny he promised he would handle everything and thay he did! Greatful that the work was done in a timely manner.

Going above and beyond
Due to a storm a tree fell on our house causing a hole in the roof, damaged siding and internal home damage. During the restoration process other damages were discovered and without hesitation I was notified, and a complete restoration was made. Jonnny treated my home as if it were his own, fixing all damages discovered. He explained the process working with the insurance company and everything worked flawlessly through his lead. I hope to never need restoration service again, but if I do Rees will be the first company I call for repairs.

I contacted Rees to inspect my daughters and my moms roofs after the recent hail/wind storms. Both had damage and needed replaced. Jonny did a great job. He was very helpful throughout the whole process, from start to finish. He assisted by getting samples to help me first pick the shingle color. Very helpful with descriptions of the different types of shingles. Discussing the various warranties on each type of shingle. Was always available via phone or text with any questions I had. He was there when the workers showed up, check them several times throughout the day, and it’s there upon completion. He made sure everything was cleaned up and put back. Roof looks great. I would definitely recommend Johnny, he made everything very simple and no stress.
Quality at it's best
Jonny Cook worked hard with the insurance company to get our roof and gutters replaced and some interior painting done. All work was top quality and the materials used were top quality. We even hired the painters to do other work for us. Job site was immaculately cleaned by both roofers and gutter installers. Our neighbors recommended Reiss Restoration and we are so pleased they did. Jonny was always available to answer and questions and inspect job to ensure quality work.

March 23 Tornado
My insurance agent recommended Ree's Restoration when my house was damaged by the tornadoe that hit my addition in March. Jonny Cook showed up and had someone put tarps on the roof. This is our second time doing business with Rees, and yet again everything went great! Our POC was Jonny Cook. He was great person all around. He was quick to come and check our property structures. He showed up on time every time, quick to respond calls/messages. He took care of us more than we even expected when we first contacted him! Excellent Service
Our neighbor had sustained storm damage to her roof, Jonny Cook from Rees Restoration came out to her house late afternoon saw very quickly the damage and had help on the way. Before Mr. Cook left he asked me if i would like a quick inspection which I agreed to. He found more damage than I had thought there was. Mr. Cook helped me with information how to file with my insurance company. My insurance company set a day and time to make their and Jonny was here before they arrived and inspected (again) with insurance company. Within a weeks' time roof was set to be replaced. The crew used to do repairs arrived on time, worked pretty much non-stop during the day replacing roof on the house, garage, and two out sheds: very professionally done. They even went so far as to protect the plants near the house. I have been recommending Rees to everyone I know, was extremely impressed from start to finish with Rees Restoration and their crew and I will continue to do so. This experience not only restored my roofing need but my faith in a hardworking company. Big Thanks!!!

Perfect experience
A+ from beginning until the end. Jonny Cook showed up less than 18 hours after the tornado damage. He walked us through the process and his communication skills were excellent. Any question we asked, he could answer. Jonny made sure the insurance company was on site several times and he always arrived before they came. We have had very little experience and didn’t know what to expect. Jonny made sure we had a new roof and that all was covered by insurance. The installers worked nonstop and it was a very hot day. Everything was cleaned up and the next day they returned to make sure that nothing was left for us to do. When Jonny said he would show up for us, he did. Sometimes twice in one day. We are more than happy to have your sign in our yard! Thanks again to Jonny and your crew!

Jon Cook did a great job working with Matt Lawrence ,the Safeco adjuster, to get my roof and gutters replaced. The roof and gutters work looks great and we are happy with the whole process considering a tornado caused all the damage.

We had our roof and gutters replaced. Great communication from start to finish, even dealing with insurance. Great crew that finished entire job in about 3 days. Jonny stayed in contact throughout whole process to make sure we were happy. The crew worked hard and they were very courteous, they even came back a week after finishing to check for nails again.
