Hail damage project with pretzel twists
Brad Rose inspected our home following hail damage. My husband and I both had surgeries prior to the work being started and our insurance company dispersed the funds in 2 separate checks. Our mortgage holder also was very uncooperative and demanded multiple changes in dispersions of funds for the work to be accomplished. Despite all of the frustrations, Brad Rose, and the team jumped through each bureaucratic hoop with grace and amazing patience. The work went off without any problems and Brad was also able to assist with some changes in the gutters that I did not understand was not included. In all, we had roofing, siding and gutters replaced. We could not be happier with the look of the project and the willingness of the team to make changes as needed.
