Customer satisfaction

My story is long but I won’t go into it I will just say Rees Restoration’s Chris Clark was a god send. He was with me through the whole process. I was having problems getting a estimate for my roof and gutters. When I called them they were right there to help. Chris made multiple trips to my house 1 hour plus back and forth to my house trying to meet up with an insurance adjuster (who would cancel at the last minute or not show). When all that finally got taken care of Chris got me some of the best employees to do the job. They were very reliable and efficient. The job was completed in a timely manner and the employees were easy to work with. I am very happy with the job done and the people I got to meet and work with. I feel Chris went above and beyond what his job requires. I could not have ask for a better group to work with. If Chris treats everyone the way he treated me and my job you have a extremely great employee in him. I hope you guys value your good employees. If I end up needing something you guys do again I will definitely call and ask for Chris Clark’s assistance again. Thank you April Love
